Deposits are non-refundable. A puppy cannot be held unless a deposit is received. Additionally, Aston Acres reserves the right to revoke a deposit at any time prior to the final sale of the puppy if the home is found to be unfit. In such a case, the deposit will be returned and said puppy will be listed as available. It is of the utmost importance to us that our little ones go to special homes where they are loved and they are wanted forever.

It should also be noted that Aston Acres does not accept PayPal payments or personal checks. Deposits and final payments must be in the form of money order, cashier's check, or cash.

All puppies are sold as pets unless other arrangements are made. All prices quoted are pet price / no breeding rights, unless specified otherwise.

Aston Acres does offer shipping of puppies. Puppies are generally shipped between 10-12 weeks of age, or older, depending upon the maturity of the puppy. Appropriate shipping age will be determined at the discretion of Aston Acres. Shipping arrangements will be made once a puppy is paid for in full, which would include the costs of shipping. Aston Acres will, of course, work with the buyer on the ship date, but the final date and time will be the prerogative of Aston Acres. Additionally, the airline carrier will be chosen by Aston Acres. Although this is a final payment, Aston Acres still reserves the right to revoke payments if the home is found to be unfit prior to shipment, in which case all monies would be returned to the buyer.

Furthermore, Aston Acres requires a buyer to send signed contracts along with any payments. A deposit will not be considered valid if it is not accompanied by a signed deposit agreement. Additionally, puppies will not be released without a signed puppy contract; this would include puppies that are picked up by the buyer, delivered by Aston Acres to the buyer, or puppies that are being shipped to the buyer.

These terms are subject to change under the discretion of Aston Acres without prior notification; therefore, it is advised that potential buyers review these terms regularly.
