Deposit Agreement
This contract states the buyer, ______________________________, has placed a deposit on the puppy listed below. This deposit will hold this puppy for the buyer, meaning said puppy will not be sold to another buyer. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. In approved cases by seller, a deposit may be transferred to another puppy. If the puppy is not picked up within a week of the agreed date of pick up, buyer relinquishes deposit on puppy, as well as rights to having the puppy held in their name, unless other arrangements have been made. Aston Acres reserves the right to refund this deposit at any time prior to the final sale if the potential home is found to be unfit.
